Submitting your M-Pesa subscription confirmation
cart.ke costs KSh 1,200 per month after your 14-day free trial. Payment is by M-Pesa (Lipa na M-Pesa → Buy Goods and Services) using the till number shown on your billing page.
After sending, paste the confirmation SMS (the whole message, or just the 10-character code) into your dashboard billing form.
We usually verify within one business day. Codes submitted over a weekend may only be checked on the next working day.
To avoid any interruption, pay before your renewal date. If your renewal date has already passed when you submit, your store stays live for up to 72 hours from your submission while we verify — enough to cover a weekend submission.
