Pricing questions
How do I pay?
M-Pesa, billed monthly. Paste your confirmation code in Dashboard → Billing — we usually verify within one business day (weekend submissions may be checked the next working day), and a late submission keeps your store live for up to 72 hours while we verify.
What happens after the 14-day trial?
Your store pauses until you subscribe. Your products and settings are kept.
Do you take any commission?
No. Buyers pay you directly on WhatsApp and M-Pesa. cart.ke never touches the money.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes — from Dashboard → Billing, anytime.
Is there a setup fee?
No. The only optional extra is KSh 4,500 concierge setup for your first store.
