Overview
When you use cart.ke you agree to operate your storefront in good faith and within Kenyan law. The list below is illustrative, not exhaustive.
Permitted
- Photos of products you have authority to sell.
- Honest product descriptions with accurate condition labels (new, like-new, used).
- Truthful prices in Kenyan shillings.
- Reasonable communication with buyers through your linked WhatsApp number.
Prohibited
- Listing products you do not own or do not have the right to sell.
- Uploading stolen photos. We operate an image-theft report queue.
- Misrepresenting product condition, price, or availability.
- Using the Service to harass, defame, or intimidate any person.
- Attempting to scrape, mirror, or republish other sellers' storefronts.
- Attempting to defeat the Service's anti-scrape, anti-bot, or rate-limit protections.
Enforcement
Reports may be filed by anyone via the "Report this store" link on any storefront. Confirmed violations result in suspension or cancellation. Repeat or severe violations may result in permanent handle reservation.
