When a buyer taps "Order on WhatsApp" they message your WhatsApp number directly. cart.ke is not part of that conversation — buyer and seller talk one-to-one.
Best practice: respond within 24 hours. Buyers often ask about availability, alternative photos, or delivery options before committing.
Be clear about pricing, payment method (M-Pesa to your till or paybill, or Send Money — tell the buyer which you use), and delivery (own arrangement or courier).
