Cancelling your subscription and the 30-day export window
Cancel from /dashboard/account/cancel. Your store goes offline immediately — buyers reaching your URL see a closed-store notice.
You have 30 days from cancellation to download a zip of your data — products, categories, subscription history, and payment history as JSON files, plus your product photos as real image files. After 30 days the data is permanently deleted.
Your handle is reserved for 12 months after cancellation. Message support to re-claim it within that window.
